MSN Communication Tips:
1. Unlike regular chats, this session is a formal conversation with a counselor and requires you to follow the appropriate turn taking and conversation rules.
2. To indicate that a sentence is following your current sentence, end your sentence with three dots …
3. At the bottom of the MSN Instant Message, you will see a messaging informing you that the other party is typing a message, use this indicator to pace your conversation.
4. Please wait until you feel the counselor has answered your question, before you ask your second question.
