to MSN service problems, either party may experience disconnection
problems, we advise our clients to remain logged on for at least 10
minutes to allow the counselor to return.

In the case of an abusive client the counselor reserves the right
to terminate session without notice - no refund.

All clients have to arrive 15 min prior to their appointment for procedural/admin
reasons

Last minute sign-ups will not be accepted
6.
The sessions will only address career development, university selection,
skills upgrade, labor market and industrial information. Any other
topics will not be entertained
7.
Counselor's
e-mail address will not be given out to ANYONE.
8.
Only clients who have received an on-line session will get to contact
the counselor for e-mail updates. The counselor may refuse to respond
if he/she feels the question is better addressed in an on-line session.
9.
In the case of an unavoidable situation on the part of the counselor
the session will be re-scheduled.
10.
If
the counselor is more than 20 min late the client can request a re-schedule.
If client is more than 20 min late the session will not be re-scheduled
and no refunds will be made.

Communication Tips:

Unlike
regular chats, this session is a formal conversation with a counselor
and requires you to follow the appropriate turn taking and conversation
rules.
2.
To
indicate that a sentence is following your current sentence, end your
sentence with three dots
3.
At
the bottom of the MSN Instant Message, you will see a messaging informing
you that the other party is typing a message, use this indicator to
pace your conversation.
4.
Please
wait until you feel the counselor has answered your question, before
you ask your second question.
