Complete the hajj and `umrah for
pleasing Allah, but if you are prevented by sickness or an enemy
from completing it, then you should send whatever sacrificial
animal is easily obtainable (like a camel, a cow or a sheep).
And do not shave your heads until the offering reaches its slaughter
place. But if anyone among you is sick or has an affliction
on his head and thus cannot shave, then he should pay a redemption
by fasting, or giving alms or by sacrificing an animal.
But when you are secure from the hindrance, and then whoever
enjoys by becoming free from the restrictions of ihram after
completing 'umrah for hajj, he should prepare to offer whatever
animal is easily obtainable for the hajj sacrifice.
And if one cannot find any animal for the offering in the hajj,
then he should fast for three days during the hajj and for seven
days when you return back to your homes - thus these ten days
become perfect. This law of "enjoying by becoming free
from the restrictions of the ihram" is for the one whose
family does not live near the Sacred Mosque. Fear Allah and
know that Allah is severe in requitting. Chapter
2 The Cow : Verse 196 Holy Quran
The time of hajj is in the months well-known
to the Muslims - Shawwal, Dhu'l-qa'dah and Dhu'l-hijjah. So
whoever decides to perform the hajj in these months, then he
should know that there shall be no sexual intercourse, nor bad
language nor quarelling during the hajj. Whatsoever good you
do Allah knows it, and make provision for the hereafter - surely
the best provision is piety. Fear Me, O men of understanding.
Chapter 2 The Cow : Verse 197 Holy Qur'an
By the way, there is no harm for you
if you seek bounty from your Lord by trading during the pilgrimage.
Then when you march from 'Arafat, remember Allah at Muzdalifah;
and remember and thank Him as He has guided you whereas before
His guidance you were surely of those who had gone astray.
The Qurayshites and their allies did
not stay in 'Arafat instead they went direct to Muzdalafah and
stayed therein, claiming that they were the dwellers of the
sacred territory of Allah (i.e., Mecca) and, therefore, they
would not leave that boundry. So there came an order from Allah
addressed to them: You are also obliged to stay, and then

march on from, whence the people march
(i.e., from `Arafat) and ask for the forgiveness of Allah; surely
Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
Chapter 2 The Cow : Verse 199 Holy
Qur'an
When you have performed your rites
of hajj, then remember Allah as you remember your fathers, rather
a more intense remembrance.
And among the people, there are some who say, "Our Lord!
Give us good in this world", and for such people there
shall be no portion in the blessings of the hereafter.
Chapter 2 The Cow : Verse 200 Holy
Qur'an
And there are some among them who say:-
Rabbana atina
fi'd-dunya hasanatan
wa fi'l-akhirati hasanah,
wa qina `adhaba 'n-nar.
Our Lord! Grant us
good in this world
and good in the hereafter,
and save us from the chastisement of Fire. Chapter
2 The Cow : Verse 201 Holy Qur'an
They shall have their portion of what
they earn; Allah is quick in reckoning. Chapter
2 The Cow : Verse 202 Holy Qur'an
And remember Allah by reciting takbir
after the daily prayers during the counted number of days (i.e.
the 11th, 12th and 13th of Dhu'l-hijjah.) Then whoever hastens
off from Mina in two days, there is no sin on him, and whoever
tarries there until the 13th of Dhu'l-hijjah, there is no sin
on him. This is for him who guards himself from evil; and fear
Allah in all your affairs, and know that you all shall be gathered
together unto Him on the day of judgement. Chapter
